Your choice of marinated chicken, steak, or prawns (add $3.95). Delivered sizzling hot over a bed of sautéed onions and bell peppers. Served with guacamole, sour cream and pico de Gallo. $15.95 (for two: $20.95)
Monday - Steak a la Ranchera
Thin slices of flank steak, sautéed with onions and bell peppers, in a home made salsa ranchera. $15.95
Tuesday - Chicken Carnitas
Boneless chicken breast strips, sautéed with onions and bell peppers. Served with guacamole and coleslaw. $15.95
Wednesday - Chamorro de Puerco
Marinated pork shank (osso bucco) served with rice, beans and tortillas. Garnished with lettuce, pico de gallo and avocado slices. $17.95
Thursday - Chile Verde
Cubes of pork sirloin, cooked in our home made tomatillo and jalapeño sauce. $14.95

Friday - Chile Colorado
Tender chunks of beef simmered in a red chile sauce of mild peppers and spices. $14.95
Saturday - Chamorro de Borrego
A tender lamb shank marinated in red chile sauce, then baked to perfection. $15.95
